We were in a village called Keston in Bromley just down the road from our head office to install some new shutters for multiple rooms of this lovely home. The shutters were to be fitted in multiple rooms including the living room, kitchen and a room currently used as a home office/computer room.
There were different styles and sizes of windows in each room to design around, with some of the windows designed with multiple horizontal lines, which we matched up the mid rails with on the shutters. Regardless of the window sizes and lines we fully matched the style of shutters across the whole home, which is one of the great reasons for having your shutters specially designed by our experts and surveyors!
All shutters were made of our Fiji hardwood range and made in full height style with the mid rails added in the panels to match each window and also for added strength. They were installed with plain stiles and deep plain L frames.
We used a lovely silk white finish with white hinges on all shutters with 76mm louvres and a silent tilt rod system, so that the shutters can be adjusted without the need of visible rods. Our client Shaun was keen to keep the shutters contemporary in style to match his property.
Tom carried out the installation for Shaun, who was really impressed with the end result and the advantage that the shutters will bring both look wise and with the functionality for years to come!
