We were in East Dulwich located in the Borough of Southwark in London to install some shutters for a clients main bathroom area. They were looking to gain the best of privacy and lighting, while also complimenting the look of their modern bathroom.
We created these shutters in a full height style with hidden tilt rods, thick 89mm louvres and a hidden split so the customer could keep the bottom half closed for privacy with the top open streaming in natural light throughout the day! By hiding these elements the shutters make for a minimal, more modern look.
The shutters are water resistant, created using ABS as part of our Java range. They also feature anti corrosive stainless steel hinges as standard, so that the shutters and hinges will stand the test of time in a room such as a bathroom where water and moisture is commonplace. Our customer was delighted with the installation carried out by Tom and we think they work perfectly with the current bathroom design!
